We have the utmost respect for your privacy.
We now use PayPal to process your payment and give you the highest level
of security.
We will maintain and use your information responsibly according to the
following policies.
Your Physical Address
We generally do not maintain a mailing list. We find it too costly to do
business in this manor & most of our clients do not desire to be
bombarded with mail advertisements. We do not have any plans to
share your address or information with any third parties. We may record
your shipping address to assist us with future orders you may place with
us.
Your Telephone
If you give us your telephone number, we will use that number only if we
need to contact you regarding the specifics of your order. Your
phone number is always safe with us.
Your E-mail
We may use your e-mail address to keep you informed about the details
and status of your order.
We do not send out unsubscribed offers otherwise known as SPAM

Every credit card transaction made at GodsBookShop.com is safe and secure.
We now use Pay Pal services and state of the art Encryption Technology
to process your credit card or check payment online. Your payment information made
via Pay Pal is sent by 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) technology, the
industry standard for secure internet commerce transactions, this will encrypt
all of your personal information, including credit card number, name,
and address, so that it absolutely cannot be deciphered as the information travels
over the Internet so your transaction is safe. Always look for the little
gold colored lock present in the lower right hand corner of your
browser indicating you are on a SSL secured connection, if you click on
it you will see the security certificate for the site showing if it is
genuine or not.
Your Credit Card
We use Pay Pal services for both your protection & ours. When you use a
credit card for payment, PayPal will request the Billing Address, Card Type,
Cardholder Name, Card Number, Security Code (from the back of your card), and
Expiration Date. PayPal does not share your payment information with
anyone including us. PayPal only shares your Shipment address, phone
number & Name with us so we may process your order.
Terms of Sale
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are net to all buyers. All
items are shipped on a first ordered basis and are subject to prior
sale. If this does occur we will contact you to see how you wish to
proceed. We will not do business outside of the continental United
States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Payment
We use friendly Pay Pal services, you will find that Pay Pal now accepts
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express along with personal
checks. You are not required
to open a Pay Pal account in order to make a purchase. You will be
taken to the Pay Pal web site during the transaction phase & will need
to follow the prompts. If you do not desire to send your financial
credit card information over the internet, you can call us via phone so arrangements can be made
for payment.
Returns & Refunds
Generally ALL our on-line SALES are FINAL, however mistakes are occasionally made &
If you must return any portion of your order, you first must contact us
by phone for approval. Once your return is approved, include a copy of your original receipt with your return and ship
the return back to us within ten days after receipt. It will be your responsibility
to pay return postage and to place proper shipping insurance on the package. Items must be in their
original undamaged condition when we receive them (no trace of cigarette smoke
will be allowed) in order for you to receive credit for the purchase
price. Shipping costs are never refundable unless your return is a
result of our error.
Occasionally, 2 people or more may purchase the same item,
as
we are not a factory & these items offered for sale on our web site
may be considered one of a kind, the orders will be filled on a first
come first served basis.
If we make a mistake by accepting 2 or more orders for a one of a kind
item, we will determine who ordered it first & filling the orders
accordingly. If this seems unacceptable to you,
please understand that some of these items are hand made one of a kinds. We
MAY at OUR OPTION offer you a similar item of equal or greater
value.

We will notify you after we receive and process your return.
Except in the case of payment via personal check which require us to
wait for it to clear through the bank before a refund can be made, refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the
original purchase within 5-10 business days after we receive your
return & inspect the contents for damage. In the case of any return that
does not meet our acceptability tests listed above, you will be responsible to arrange for the return
shipping back to you at your expense. We will not accept ANY merchandise for return that
has been tainted by Cigarette smoke, Smoke damage, Broken, Missing
parts, exc... unless it was our fault. Please note that we can
refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.
Shipping Information
The standard shipping charge is based on the total weight of your order
and is calculated during the checkout process. To make the cost of
shipping as economical as possible, we will use either the United States
Postal Service or UPS for almost all of our domestic shipments. We can
arrange for quicker forms of shipping if you desire, however you will
pay the difference. We will not do business outside of the continental
United States, Alaska, or Hawaii
Shipping Damage Claims
While we do our best to insure that all packages get the very best
packing & protection against shipping damage, it will occasionally
occur. We have no control over stampeding Elephants running over your
delivery. In the unfortunate case of shipping damage, PLEASE FOLLOW THE
PROCEDURES LISTED HERE!
If shipping damage is very obvious & looks to be
non-survivable, Do Not Accept the damaged package (refuse delivery).
If the package has only minor damage, Insist on
opening the package in the presence of a shipper representative (If your
item is damaged refuse delivery).
If you have already accepted
delivery & only found the damage after opening the package, SAVE
EVERYTHING, ALL PACKING BOXES & EVERYTHING, then CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
We will institute a shipping claim & upon settling with the shipping
company will contact you to see how you wish to proceed.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping mode is USPS Mail. Delivery averages 4-10
business days in the continental United States. In rare instances,
delivery can take as long as thirty days. Delivery in Alaska and Hawaii will take
longer than in the continental U.S. Unless insured, Tracking
numbers are not available for this mode.
Expedited Shipping
We may use Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express for expedited shipping. Delivery
averages 2-3 business days in the continental United States and
approximately 3-6 days to Alaska or Hawaii. Tracking
numbers are occasionally available, if so we will contact you with it so
you may track your purchase online.
International Orders
We don't process international orders at this time due to concerns over
fraud.
Technical Difficulties
One of the reasons we switched over to the PayPal shopping cart checkout
system was because some of our customers had experienced technical difficulties
processing payments on our website, especially those with Macintosh
systems. This should no longer be an issue, however if this does happen to you, you can
call your order into us (For
your security, Please NEVER EVER... E-Mail your Credit Card information
to anybody, e-mail is not secure!!) ,
you may however e-mail us with your contact information.
You may send us your payment information via fax, be sure to include your
full name and billing address, shipping address if different, card type,
card number, expiration date (month and year), and the 3 or 4-digit
security code on the back of your card, if applicable. Be sure to
include an email address and phone number where we can contact you if
necessary. Telling us what you want to order would be nice as well.
Remember... NEVER EVER E-Mail your credit card information to
anyone, it is a huge security risk because e-mail is never secure
and can be viewed by many
people as it traverses across the internet. We value you as a client
